Getting Started with Beyz Meeting Assistant

Beyz Meeting Assistant helps your sales team stay sharp, stay aligned, and skip the messy onboarding. Whether you’re running live demos or preparing new reps for calls, this guide will show you how to make the most of it.

Step 1: Use a Supported Browser For Beyz

Make sure you’re using Chrome, Edge, or Arc.

These browsers allow Beyz to capture and transcribe your sales meetings in real-time.

Note: Audio won’t work in unsupported browsers, and your assistant won’t hear your client.

Step 2: Create a Meeting Assistant

Head over to the Meeting Assistant page and click “New Assistant”.

Personalize for Alignment & Confidence

This is where the assistant gets trained on your pitch style, company messaging, and product context.

Here’s how you can feed Beyz what it needs to speak like your best rep.

Details Settings: Add Meeting Context

Enter details about the background and situation of the meeting.

  • Topic of the demo
  • Target client segment
  • Any objections to anticipate

File: Add Rep Background

Upload your file and choose interview language depending on your use case. Useful if different sales reps have different approaches or product expertise.

Click Activate to get your sales assistant live.

Step 3: Cheatsheets: Codify the Pitch

Create quick-reference sheets to keep everyone aligned:

  • Pricing breakdowns
  • Competitor rebuttals
  • Objection-handling scripts
  • Feature callouts based on verticals

You can also save response suggestions as cheatsheets to reuse them across future meetings.

[Important]Step 4: Get Your assistant Ready

This step is essential before joining your actual meeting. Beyz won't be able to record audio or offer real-time assistance without it.

For first-time users, you will be prompted to enable audio sharing. Please click on "Allow" and refresh your page.

For Mac Users: Open your meeting invite in the browser

If you are using Zoom

Click on "Join from Your Browser" and join your Zoom meeting from your current browser.

If you are using Microsoft Teams

Click on "Continue on this browser" and join the meeting from your current Browser.

Configure the audio input

Select "Share Tab” and choose your meeting Tab (Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams), enable "Share tab audio", and click "Share" to continue.

For Windows users

You can do the same thing as the Mac users. But you can also share "Entire Screen" with audio sharing enabled. In that way, you can join the meeting via desktop client apps.

Step 5: Run Your Sales Demo or Team Sync

During a live demo, hit Start Meeting in the Beyz panel.

As questions come up:

  • Beyz captures and categorizes them in real-time
  • Team members can reference responses after the call, keeping alignment clear
  • Use response history to refine objection handling or improve messaging

Practice Mode: Onboarding Without Overload

Skip the long onboarding docs. Practice Mode is ideal for anyone looking to prep before a meeting or call, especially if you want to rehearse common questions or test your talking points.

  • Launch Beyz in Practice Mode
  • Ask any question they’d expect on a sales call
  • Get responses trained on your product positioning

Great for roleplaying, cold call warmups, or last-minute refreshers before client calls.

The Beyz Meeting Assistant will generate real-time, tailored responses based on your product profile.

  • If you’re not sure what to ask, you can use “Generate Question with AI” (Item 1) to simulate typical client objections or inquiries. Beyz will instantly respond as your sales rep would.
  • You can also directly enter your questions (Item 2) to test specific scenarios or objections. It’s the fastest way to rehearse before the real deal.
